Fundamentals

Near the end of last year I realized that I never really had solid understanding of the fundamentals of drawing and painting (like construction, gesture, and form) I suppose my learning method had just been trying to draw people until they eventually became less shitty. And, well, I did improve some but not in the key areas I mentioned above. 

So recently most of my work has been through several books on the fundamentals. And well, it's not the most thrilling work, but I hope the improvement is worth it in the long run. I can already see a difference in how I look at my old art and other people's.

So I'll probably be uploading some doodles I like and maybe some exercises, if I think they look good, and no "finished" pieces like the ones I used to upload a year ago.
